Future of Work Positioning
AI is at the top of your agenda.
Your strategy for it isn’t.
I work with leaders who have already built something real — starting with what AI should handle, ending with what only they can.
Trusted by senior leaders from
You’re leading — a team, an organization, a function. Something is shifting underneath the results: AI is restructuring what expertise looks like, what leadership requires, and what your role should actually be doing. Your team is watching how you handle this. Your board wants a position. Most leaders are still forming one.
The leaders who navigate this are the ones who work it out for themselves first — developing a real position on what AI means for how they lead their function, not waiting for the organization to figure it out for them.
This is not incremental change. The question is whether you’re doing it deliberately.
Clients
“Sehreen is the sparring partner you want in the room when you’re deep in the weeds and can’t see your own story clearly. She holds space for the real thinking while pulling out the through line you couldn’t find on your own. She doesn’t flatter, she doesn’t hand-hold, and she doesn’t reflect your own thoughts back at you. She takes positions, defends them, and makes you a better thinker in the process.”
“That zig-zag between vision and detail helped me understand and express how I show up at every level. It’s rare to feel so seen and so stretched.”

“The deep work I didn’t know I needed — sitting with my story and my why — was the most unexpected and foundational part.”
“You brought me a lot of clarity and insight, and really quickly refined the plans, giving me permission to do what feels the most authentic.”
What We Work On
Three areas. Built around your actual context, not a curriculum.
-
01
Reclaim Your Time
Identify the work AI can handle so you stop spending yourself on what doesn’t require you. Built in the tool, with you — not as homework. This is the quick win that creates space for everything else.
-
02
Develop Your AI Thesis
Build a real position on what AI means for your function — not an abstraction, but grounded in your actual work and judgment. Something you can lead from and ask of your team.
-
03
Know What You Bring
Map the distinctive pattern of thinking that’s driven every meaningful result. Then build the narrative that makes it visible — so when the room needs someone, they think of you.
Most leaders come in wanting to keep up with AI.
They leave knowing what AI can never do for them — and leading from that.
Two ways to work together.
Both begin with a conversation.
Common Questions
I’m not looking for a new job. Why does positioning matter now?
Positioning isn’t about job searching — it’s about staying ahead while you’re still in the room. The leaders who get bypassed for the next opportunity, overlooked for the board seat, or quietly edged out of key decisions aren’t the least capable. They’re the ones who never made their value legible to the people deciding. That gap widens as AI reshapes every role.
I’m doing well in my current role. Why would I need this?
Because doing well and being positioned are two different things. Doing well means you’re executing. Being positioned means the right people understand why you’re the person for the next decision — and you have a clear sense of where your judgment stands as AI changes everything around you.
How is this different from executive coaching or personal branding?
Coaching focuses on behavior change. Personal branding focuses on aesthetics and content. TeCura does the diagnostic and structural work that happens before either — finding the through line, building the narrative, and clarifying what’s irreplaceably yours in a world where AI is automating the markers most leaders built their careers on.
How long does an engagement take?
The full engagement has no fixed timeline — pace varies by client. The Find Your Leverage engagement is two calls. Both start with a conversation to determine fit.
